"This hotel was clean and full of amenities, with a very helpful staff. We stayed at this hotel following some snowstorms that led to the valet service and street parking not being available, so it was difficult to unload of vehicle and to find a parking garage that was not full. This parking issue was only because of extreme weather conditions, so it is not the fault of the hotel, who did everything they could to accommodate us. "

"Comfortable bed and a friendly desk manager but too many downsides. The bathroom light didn't work and they couldn't fix it after we told them twice or give us a new room so showering in the dark became a skill I never thought I needed, also the toilet didn't properly flush. The walls are paper thin and we could hear basically everything in the rooms around us. The location was conveniently close to a metro stop and some decent food places.
