clean and pretty room .. friendly staff .. had a lovely dinner in their restaurant ’Geso’ where we felt especially well looked after - it’s the little things like being willing to serve our salads on individual plates even though we were sharing one, that makes the difference (not sure why this impressed me so much; maybe because we would definitely get an eye roll in Ottawa or at most the offer to bring an extra plate and you divvy it up yourselves) we will definitely book this hotel on our next Montreal shopping trip!

Tv didn't work, bugs in my room, at one point staff was rude to my girlfriend, and all this noticed for a 1 bight stay, also breakfast is insanely over priced and its literally gas station egg sandwiches but not even that good and like cubed fruit for like over 30 dollars. Will not be staying again

Staff was great. Had a hiccup at first with the room. I went directly to the manager and he handled it wonderfully with care and attention. His name is Bredy. The staff was fantastic and I felt well taken care of. Was there on business.
