The facility is fine, although the restaurant bar could use a serious renovation. The bar itself lacked in some basic liquors, but the staff did their best to make-do and were helpful. The reason for my two star review is that we were awakened by screeching and banging pipes. I sat up wondering what the heck could cause such a loud, ongoing strange noise. Impossible to sleep through. We figured out it must be the plumbing- pipes needing replacement or repair. I lost final 2 hours of sleep I really needed. It’s too bad as the bed and pillows were comfortable. The front desk person seemed to suggest that this was not a new thing.

Dear Sheraton Team, Upon checking into room 1043, I noticed a squeaking noise occurring every 5–10 minutes. I contacted the front desk to request a room change, but they insisted on sending maintenance first. While the maintenance team was polite and identified the toilet as the issue, assuring me it was fixed, the problem persisted. Trusting their assessment, I went out for a late dinner, only to return and find the noise unresolved. This resulted in a very poor night's sleep. As I was travelling for work and had an early morning schedule, this experience was extremely frustrating. Given that I paid $272 for the night, I did not receive the quality of stay I expected from Sheraton. I kindly request that my stay be compensated or that I receive a complimentary stay for a future visit. I have stayed at other Sheraton properties without issue and had high expectations for this visit. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards. You are terribly understaffed. There was no one to assist with luggage, insufficient dolly carts to move luggage and I was told that I had to load my suitcases by myself onto the airport shuttle. This is unacceptable for a 73 year old to lift at 4 suitcases at 30kg each. Shame on you!!!

We stayed there last year and the rooms were amazing and clean. This year a huge disappointment we complained about the duvet wasn’t clean the carpet was dirty and no fan in the bathroom. We will never stay there again before our flight
