"We stayed in the new section and our room was beautiful but definitely had a small of drainage issues. Large indoor heated pool which was empty and a well equipped gym. Food was average to good but lacked signage. Beach bar lacked higher end cleanliness and put me off and poor welcome from reception staff on arrival. Reviewed given this is meant to be a 5 star resort. Definitely walk up along the beach where it opens up and is just beautiful.....a hidden gem the river merges into the sea "

"This resort is incredible! It's beautiful, on the beach, in a great location, & the breakfast was amazing!! The buffet was huge with so many selections. "Stayed 6 nights in a pool view room which we were upgraded to. Had a beautiful view from the 2nd floor. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious and clean. "Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax"
