"We stay at this property quite often, and are generally pleased with the facility. This visit, and it was late in the evening when we discovered it, the heat, air and fan in the room did not work. Thank goodness it was a moderate night and although neither of us got a "good" nights sleep, we were able to stay on top of the covers and get some sleep with absolutely no air moving. "Staff was courteous and friendly! The rooms are clean! The view outside is great! Would recommend to my friends and family!"

"What I like: location (near by the lake). What I don't like: NO one at the lobby when we arrived at 11pm, NO one pick up the phone either, NO poster or instruction for self check-in (doubt if any), we end up need to book & stay at another hotel. Note: the lobby's door is not locked, messy inside, and it looks like they are moving or will be filing bankruptcy soon."
