"This property is shared with the owners! I was not expecting to stay in the same cabin. We could hear them, they could hear us, we were all in the same house. We had to make sure not to let their 3 dogs out as we left or came in every time. The dogs barked/ran around us whenever we tried to leave or come back. It’s about 30 minutes away from any of the listed nearby attractions. It was not super clean, we found hairs in the bed/dirty food in the kitchen. The owners were nice, but we did not...

"We loved the apartment. It was small, but very cozy. Do not recommend if you are tall. My husband is 6'4", and had to duck to enter, hit his head several times over course of weekend. There is no couch or sitting area, other than the table, so if you like to kick back and watch much tv, the bed is the only option. We were out of apartment most of the time, so it worked fine."

The apartment was very comfortable, well appointed and stocked with basic provisions (paper towels, etc.), and a generous supply of welcome snacks. "Asheville quick getaway; this was the FIRST time we have tried VRBO as we usually do timeshare for 3-day weekends. A few specifics to know going in: - by a main highway. "This was a cozy and comfortable place! My husband and I especially enjoyed the spacious deck and view of the lake and beautiful neighborhood. We were also super impressed with our hosts who thought of every possible need including a very helpful notebook full of information on the area and tasty snacks too! We definitely plan to revisit the great place again!"
