"For a VIP hotel and us having reserved a junior suite, we were disappointed that only one 330ml tin of water was provided in our room. We had to purchase extra water. The next day, however, we were given 4 tins of water. Suggest bringing a flashlight or using the light on your phone when having dinner or drinks in the dimly lit restaurant-bar on the 23rd floor."

"Booked as a solo woman relax trip. Stayed 3 nights. Location great and lovely views from the roof. Staff were friendly and the hotel has high quality provisions. The breakfast had many options and had a champagne section. I ordered room service once, it was reasonably priced and delicious. One issue I did have, I had put the do not disturb sign on my door and 2 mornings the cleaners came in. I spoke to management and they resolved things. "

"The staff was excellent but it is not a 5 star hotel. Our first room was a small Box and extremely hot. friendly staff moved us to a much better room. Modern bathroom was the best feature. Location is excellent. The barman Danny was Excepcional and made our night very pleasant. Make sure you book a nice room otherwise not worth staying there. "
