"Spent time in Sitges with college friends at this charming 3 story apartment. Decorated with lovely antiques. Location is fantastic- walk to everything - such a fun city. Nice rooftop space for groups to hang. Management very responsive. "

"We had a family gathering, with family from the UK and South Africa. This was the first time we were all together in 14 years (12 people), so expectations were high. The villa was great. Enough space for us all to be together and enough space for us to be in different places when we wanted to do different things. The BBQ was great for cooking dinner for everyone in the evenings. "House was very nice..our contact was very helpful and went out of her way to help us...owners showed up to fix a tv problem...argued for 2 hours in spanish then left without fixing the problem and left it up to us to fix it....there was construction next door for 3 days a tractor was breaking and moving large rocks it was very loud. There are high power lines that run just 100 meters from the back yard ( these are the huge towers that run power to cities) and at night the powerlines hum...

"Property was great - pool was very clean (if a bit chilly in October), games goom with table tennis and darts was a plus, the villa was good quality and clean. Local facilities within 20 min drive were great, and Barcelona within an hour drive/train is always worth it. Host was also friendly, good communications, and there to ensure we had access on arrival. 10/10."

"We were a group of 7 adults (1 couple, 5 singles), and this 6-bedroom property worked out perfectly for us. It is a large house with plenty of space, so we never felt crowded. The backyard area is beautiful and also feels quite private. The beds are very comfortable. From the location of the house, it is a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Sitges. While close to the Sitges city center, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. "Property has potential but the attention to detail from the owner/management company was really poor. Pool wasn’t clean on arrival and was murky. Only three useable/working sunbeds by the pool. No kettle in the kitchen. No pool balls and cues available despite being advertised. No working table tennis table, infact the table was shocking condition. No hot water for much of our stay. ‘Some’ issues were partly resolved once we chased up but overall was simple not satisfactory. VRBO need to review...

"The property was very clean and comfortable for a group of 10. It is located in a very pretty neighbourhood. It looks exactly as advertised. Our host Carol was always available. Car will be a must for this serene location. Totally recommend for a fun family time!!"

"Sociable and comfortable holiday home with everything you need for a self-catering holiday in the sun. Location is fab as long as you have cars to get about: Sitges was our favourite town in the area (for cafes, shops, museums and general atmosphere) and Barcelona is easy to get to, too. We also enjoyed a Cava tour in Villafranka. October was still hot enough to enjoy the villa's terraces and the unheated pool for short swims. Beds were very comfy. "Highly recommend this holiday home. Myself and a group of friends hired Villa Maria for a birthday celebration and the place is beautiful. Very spacious both indoors and outdoors, very clean pool and a very well equipped kitchen. The property managers were very friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, and would always reply promptly to any queries.10/10!"

"The home was perfect for our group with ample sleeping for the kids we traveled with. Located close to coffee shops and restaurants, everything is walkable in this area. A close walk to the train from the house to get to Barcelona was a big plus for the home. We will definitely be staying here again if we may it back to Spain."
