The staff was friendly and it was a convenient walk to many places to see as it is close to the gothic quarter. The taxis right outside the hotel made transportation everywhere very easy! Downside - the street is closed for traffic at time of day, but I had no problem pulling the suitcase a couple hundred yards to hotel. "We had a good experience. The rooms are very clean, elegant and very spacious. The room have a kettle, tv, and a safe. Also if you are traveling to the airport, taxis are available in front of the hotel if you need them. In our case when we did the check-in, we arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they allowed us to enter the room. This was very helpful to us, as we were extremely tired. The hotel is ~15 min from the airport and near the port, so it is a good place if you are embarking in a cruise."
