"Front desk staff were kind, helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the wall of windows in our room, that faced the elevators. Parts of the window were frosted, but you could still see through them, unless the room darkening drapes were pulled. This made the room very dark. The hotel was in an excellent location for walking to various sights and restaurants. "

It was also very well located with respect to downtown Barcelona, close enough to reach it in 10 minutes via car. The service was also great and the staff was very helpful. "The property was good and quite area. However it was a little far from the tour bus location or main attractions. Shopping center was close but the facilities were not good. No kettle, iron, dryer, less options for breakfast no beans, no enhlish breakfast tea etc. Otherwise the price was decent. The staff were very helpful and kind."
