"This hotel was conveniently located just a 10 min walk from all the main points of interest for a tourist. Our room actually overlooked the palace! Our only complaint was the deadbolt lock was broken and the air conditioning was extremely finicky. "

Picked us up at the airport, dropped our daughter at her apartment for her study abroad program & gave wonderful suggestions of what to do! Stored our luggage as we continued our travels since we will be returning to the property before our return to the US. Made great dining suggestions as well! Loved the property & staff!"

"Beautiful hotel and we were well looked after by reception. Upgraded to a river view room on arrival and we found a bottle of Prosecco and glasses in the room when we returned to the room from a walk. The restaurant for breakfast was a met down as it was really slow (we waited for 45 minutes for scrambled egg on toast). Some toast came out after 20 mins (which I ate!) followed by a plate of egg nearly half an hour later. Annoying watching other couples who walked in after us getting served...
