"Amazing staff!!! From the moment we walked through the front door everything was perfect. We had a problem getting to the street in front of the hotel to unload and Alan,the concierge, walked with my husband to our car to help him navigate the GPS glitch. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping spoke several languages and our every wish was quickly and efficiently handled. The convenience of The Mozart can’t be beat. It is close to all of the attractions and so walkable we never needed our car again until we checked out. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor it was lovely and large with a separate sitting area and had 11/2 bathrooms. I would definitely stay again We loved it! "
