"This hotel is excellent value for money, clean, comfortable and in a good location. However the hotel lets itself down when it comes to recognition for returning guests. I stayed in this hotel twice in 2024 and many times over the years but the hotel displays no interest or awareness in this. In other hotels my repeated custom is acknowledged by at the least a very warm welcome and sometimes a bottle of wine or an upgrade. Not here. Disappointing as it would be easy to flag returning...
