"I had a problem when arriving because i didn’t know there is no street beside the hotel and i had to call them few minutes before arrival to arrange for the luggage porter to be there, besid that my stay was excellent, the room 👍👍👍, the check in and out was fast, restaurant great, friendly and helpful staff most of all the location opposite st sephan cathedral and in the core of the center,in my next visit to vienna i will surely pick the same place. "Cannot recommend enough. Check in/ out was a breeze and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is perfect to walk anywhere in the city and near public transport. I would book this apartment for a week just to stay inside it all week, it is that good!!! Great place for a group of people. "

"Like: The property is specious and has a balcony Needs improvement: Cleanliness, Shower door is ineffective, Spills water while taking shower, inadequate toiletries and bathmats, no privacy in the main bathroom, no microwave, noisy hot water system at night, no free house keeping for 15 days, no attention to detail for the amenities required for the guests throughout the duration of stay, you need to call for everything (e.g. iron, toilet pater etc)."
