"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to everything. The only challenge was the cleaning staff would open the door while knocking, you would not get a chance to respond. The room had no do not disturb sign so we had to request one from front desk."

Excellent roof top terrace and bar highly recommended for early evening drinks. Metro/Underground station located right outside hotel made it a very accessible hotel to visit any part of Vienna.
