"Wonderful hotel, perfect location, and lovely room. Slightly dated on the outside but modern inside with all 5 star amenities! The reception were very helpful, The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, and great to have a pool to relax in after a busy day exploring the city. Highly recommend and really enjoyed our stay! "

" Beautiful hotel, lovely staff everywhere. The view overlooking the opera house is fantastic. The only thing that needs looking at is the breakfast it's ok but for 5* it should be better coffee area is defo not 5* and the food is a little tasteless . I stayed at Jen by shangri la in singapore and that is far superior at the breakfast buffet . "

"For what we paid I wish we stayed somewhere else. It was nice enough and beds were comfortable but the room was dark. I was staying here the day before the wedding and there was four of us, not enough robes, towels etc … the staff were pleasant. "The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access by train from airport. Walking to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. Staff were friendly especially in the Fax Bar.
