Human approach, understanding of all needs, friendly attitude, is just slight description of these people. Not so many times in my life I meet such great collective. Always on disposal, big smiles, friendly attitude. We were feeling like home and among close family. Thank you for everything!"

"It’s in the heart of old town so it’s bound to be busy and noisy around the area. However the room and hotel was surprisingly quiet as the alley location provides a buffer for the noise. Tracy was very helpful providing information about the city"

"So confused who could have given this hotel the good reviews. Was definitely my least favourite stay on my 2 month southeast asia trip. Firstly I walk in and the room had ants crawling all over, the safe and minibar both didn’t work (which is quite important when you’re somewhere so hot and can’t even keep cold water in your room). The hotel is at the end of this awful sketchy alley, which smells so bad. You’ll be leaving the hotel at 8 am for a tour and people are chopping raw chicken on the...

"The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Only thing that occurred was some unexplained loud construction sounds early in the morning. It woke my husband and I but not our children. This obviously was something that happened during our stay but wouldn’t usually occur. Lift was a big plus. Bananas and lolly bowls in the lobby were a big hit with the kids. "
