"Wonderful stay. Fantastic staff who made my birthday stay special with some added touches. Staff at reception and the Morse Bar really went the extra mile, thank you! We used the spa which was £20 per head, there was a bit of an odour to the changing room area and the shower in the thermal area was blocked and water over flowing. "It was like adream come true. Even though we did not have a car to get around , the owners gave us a contact so we were picked up when we needed it.
