"We were very pleased with the cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel. We were disappointed that people smoked just outside our window and talked loudly until almost 11pm. We needed to sleep as we had an early flight out of Frankfurt and the room was too hot to keep the windows closed consequently we had to put up with the cigarette smoke and talking. "
