"The hotel was very conveniently located as far as walking the city. Desk staff was very accommodating, as our check in was 3 pm but our flight arrived at 7:45 am, and they let us store our luggage until check-in. They even offered check in as early as 1 pm. "I have been traveling for business and pleasure for over 50 years. This may be the best hotel experience I've had. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better. Breakfast was delicious. Price was great. The room was beautiful, comfortable and up to date. My only recommendation would be a safety bar at the foot of the tub in addition to the one on the side. "

"The hotel in Frankfurt is a flat 10 minute walk from the main station, in a very quiet, safe, and peaceful part of Frankfurt. A nice 20 minute walk to the Old Town and Main River. Excellent helpful staff and a great breakfast. Good sized room too. We were fortunate to get the room with a private balcony which is very large and great for a drink with a city view."

Breakfast did not disappoint … lavish spread and excellent coffee options in the lobby!! There’s no staff available in the evenings. Paid for parking in adjacent garage and that worked well. "The picture posted on Expedia of the outside of the building was not the same as the building itself. The pictures of the bathroom on the website are only from the bigger rooms so when we checked in there was only a small square shower. The staff was amazing went out of their way to make my stay there much better. "
