"We booked a 12 night stay at this hotel over Christmas. Overall, the location is fantastic and the front desk staff are great. The staff tried its best to help me with any issues encountered. "The location is prefect for walking around the Alishan. They also provide free shuttle buses. The staff and quality of service are excellent. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner a lots. However, there was some weird machinery noises at night. They were not loud but noticeable at quiet nights. Not sure it was related to the renovation or air conditioners. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if it fits to your budget. "
