人的態度與旅店反差極大
住宿的房間很好沒有什麼問題.但是千萬別一不小心貪便宜住到2樓小間的房間，是既沒有窗也沒有廁所浴室，就只有一張雙人床和床邊小桌沒了！讓人看了會當場傻眼的房間！除非你的住宿目的就是要便宜，上廁所洗澡洗手你就出門下樓到1樓去使用也行！ 我們住的房間非常正常很好不錯，櫃檯小姐待人親切熱誠，但是晚間的客服人員先生態度極差極差極差！大致上是一間很年輕化的智能旅店,應該會是受大家喜愛的.

服務不佳，隔音不佳，空氣異味!
晚班櫃檯先生面無表情，好像打擾到他一樣，完全沒有服務熱忱。公共設施區似乎是櫃檯人員的私有區，很不方便也很不友善使用。 完全密閉的建築，空氣很難流通換氣，雖有清淨機在樓梯運作，但對外窗戶緊閉，整體室內空氣又悶又有異味，尤其是房間內悶得很不舒服。 最後跟很多旅店一樣的問題，隔音很差，如果遇到家庭有小孩的，那就很痛苦了。
