"The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help. The room was renovated and in excellent condition. I loved the rain shower and decor throughout the room. I swam in the pool on the property and enjoyed that, however the pool area needs some TLC. I can see that section by section the motel is being renovated so maybe more to come including pool area. The only issue I had was that the room was not very soundproof to outside noise from other guests. I would definitely stay at Waterview...

"Great hotel. Second time I have stayed here. Upgraded the room when at the hotel as the original hotel was facing the car park. The new room with water view was incredible, however the cleaners never replenished the room when they made the bed."

"Lovely space, spa bath in bathroom was great, outdoor area a bonus, couple of maintenance issues in room, toilet seat closing was deafening. Shower taps don’t turn off properly. Property nicely maintained. However pool & pool area needs extra TLC. Top row of tiles needs cleaning as depths marker tiles very dirty & hard to read. (Safety issue) Staff in restaurant were great. "
