"This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. "We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful hotel - it has incredible views over Chania and we loved lounging on the balcony by the pool in an afternoon. The service was excellent (breakfast was huge!) and the hotel is perfectly equipped. Be aware that the walk into town is quite far but the number 18 bus stops only a few minutes away from the hotel and takes less than 20 minutes to the town centre. We can't wait to come back!"
