"Spent 5 nights at this hotel and when arriving we were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room with a shared swimming pool and a huge terrace with our own sun beds. Very quiet at the end of the corridor. The facility closest to the beach feels modern and clean. The rooms (at least ours) was aged and a bit outdated. Yes it was satisfactory clean. We chose All inclusive and the variety and themes were really good. Lots of gluten free options, and also the kitchen could make other dishes upon...

"Well-situated hotel for old town Chania that is close to the lighthouse, shops and dining. No elevator, but bellman will assist during regular hours. (3 story hotel). Small bathroom. Fantastic service, we left both days before breakfast hours and hotel packed it for us the night before. "

"I really liked this hotel , it has everything you need and on the beach. Location is great , can walk to old town in 15 minutes. Studio room is very comfortable and spacious, good shower etc. The staff were very helpful. Great restaurants around the corner from the hotel as well…..particularly Mikrolimano fish tavern. All in all , I would recommend this hotel. "
