"Had an amazing stay for my birthday. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was perfect and they even gave me a birthday cake. Check in and out was very smooth. Only negative is the cost of parking and that there was no warning that we would be unable to access the Altitude restaurant or bar Blu until 2000hrs due to a corporate function taking place. That really was a big disappointment. Would def stay again though"

"The property is lovely and centrally located within easy walking distance of shops, circular quay etc. my only gripe is the power kept going out, which I realise was not the hotels fault, but the checkin counter staff didn’t seem to care that this meant sleeping in a stuffy room (ac kept resetting to 25 each time the power went out) and there was no hot water in the morning for a shower.
