"Amazing place! Is a little far from Palma but Pollença is also beautiful and more quiet! My favorite thing is they have their own beach in front of the hotel and the views are incredible. The food service and ambiance were perfect!"

The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. From introduction to the hotel at the start, to the pool area/service, to staff at breakfast, to service at the Michelin restaurant. Overall it felt like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5....
