I rang the number given in the welcome pack and explained the issue. 2 hours later we had someone at the property and it was back up and running. "Very centrally located and walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lovely family and the place was well-stocked with extra items kindly provided for our stay by Maria and her daughter. No parking at the stay but we were directed to free parking about 8-10 minutes away. The place can get warm during the day but the fans were all we needed at night."

"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."

"Wonderful villa, clean, well equipped and as a bonus a lovely welcome pack with wine, fresh fruit and pastries. Excellent communication with Sara, she was very quick to respond. Location is perfect for cycling across the island, very central and quick to get to the mountains as well as the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay"

"A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "

We didn’t bother paying extra for dedicated parking and we never had trouble getting parked on the streets outside the hotel.
