"Been greated by the door men/concierge, checking in and been shown to your room was lovely and welcoming. All the staff are friendly and happy to have a conversation. Breakfast is very comprehensive and first class. The rooms are large ,well appointed and the bed very comfortable. Any issues are dealt with immediately to your satisfaction. The spa is just great and everything works properly. We would certainly go again and recommend it to anyone. "

"Really nice apartment, well appointed, clean and close to city centre. Just one small issue is that the lift was broken. We were told about it so it did not come as a surprise. Hopefully will be fixed for our next visit. Would recommend."

So central - a bit noisy so you will need to close windows. But you are central on the Headrow so it’s what you would expect. I would recommend and will be back. "
