"Very quick check in with pleasant staff. Always willing to help and no problems looking after my suitcase whilst I awaited check in and on day of departure. Breakfast was provided which offered plenty of choice, all fresh good quality food "

"Unfortunately I asked if I could stay and move in and they said no. I think that speaks volumes. The room was incredibly clean and spacious. Really liked the small details such as the floor nightlight that came in when you were venturing to the loo at 3am! The shower is amazing. Rainforest shower and normal shower. Extremely quiet despite being in the middle of the city centre. Pulled and duvets were of a high spec and the bed as the comfiest ever. Television was behind a sliding picture frame. In future,any city trips and I will be eyeballing my husband to book a Malmaison hotel. "

"Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from centre. Food in the hotel was lovely and a good range of choice. Bar area busy with a good atmosphere. "
