"Beautiful and historical property in the center of Barcelona. Lacking some amenities and level of service that we would expect from a 5 star hotel, particularly from the Relais & Chateaux group. Running out of hot water after 1 person showers (10 min) is unacceptable. 2 out of 5 days the “please make up our room” sign got “flipped” and the room was not cleaned.
