The staff couldn’t be nicer or more professional - the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! The room was recently renovated and was exceptional. A huge bath tub, huge comfy bed, nice linens, wonderful hibiscus water and cava upon check in. You should definitely stay here, it’s super close to the water and beautiful!

Arts is still the best in Barcelona. Rooms are getting a bit outdated but they are working on renewals. Lovely staff and the spa is perfect.

Not worth the money
This hotel is now become very dated and the quality doesn't match the price. The Olympic port is not the best of places either. There are better hotels for less money

The service here is so special, everyone that we came across was so helpful and friendly! We were comfortable, relaxed, had fun, enjoyed the restaurants, lobby, bar, room, everything! We really enjoyed our time at Hotel Arts Barcelona!
