very nice hotel in a good location. good breakfast, restaurant and bar area. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooftop terrace closed for refurb, and no computer room (our flights were cancelled and needed much rearranging - so would have been nice). But all very good

Easy to get to. Centrally located. Off Las Ramblas so more quiet at night. The breakfast is so-so had better selections and quantities at other hotels but for quick bite in morning and coffee it does the job. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Would stay here again as price for rooms were reasonable.

Expidia change's breakfast as extra, but the Reception manager told me that the hotel seles to Expidia as a package. I paid for ywo breakfast, but I was by myself . Then I asked for a credit to use at the hotel. The hotel told me they could do if Expidia asked for in an invoice. EXPIDIA replied that it had sent the invoice. I never got the credit or any special treatment as a Platinum member in a VIP access hotel. All rubish, the hotel and Expidia.

Great location, and the staff are excellent. Easy access to the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas. The breakfasts were wonderful but the dinners not so much. However, there are so many fabulous restaurants nearby we never had a bad meal.
