"Have stayed in many many hotels over the years but have never experienced the professionalism or service like that of the staff at the W. Our stay was exceptional. We were upgraded to a family apartment from our booked double room upon arrival. Truly a stay we will never forget. The pools were phenomenal. Highly recommend!"

"Great location, spacious room with harbour view, comfy beds, good facilities, bountiful buffet breakfast, helpful staff, value for money Decor a bit tired and dated, understaffed. "The hotel was good but we encountered a few issues upon arrival. The room wasn’t ready, TV wasn’t working and air conditioning wasn’t working either but they were quickly resolved. Staff was good and helpful. All in all, good stay and good experience. "

"We always love staying at the Hilton. Unfortunately there were no interconnecting rooms available on check in which was disappointing but we enjoyed our stay regardless. Breakfast at the glass brasserie is always amazing "

"The Radisson Blu is a great location, within easy walking distance to shopping, Queen Victoria building, Circular Quay (ferries, bridge view and Opera House). The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and provided exceptional service. The only disappointment was the pool and spa. The spa wasn't very hot. The pool is small with limited sitting area and no area to relax poolside."

"This is a fantastic hotel, close to the airport and walking distance to Mascot where there are plenty of restaurant options. The gym is great and the breakfast is fantastic. I have stayed here twice and will definitely stay here again. "
