Our room was very comfortable and clean and all of the public areas in the hotel are very well maintained. The young man behind the bar gave us some very helpful advice for going to the Christmas market which we definitely followed. Overall, a lovely experience and I would recommend the hotel."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. We had a problem with the toilet not flushing and it was fixed as soon as I reported it. We paid for breakfast one morning as we had an early start and it was good. The hotel is in a good location to walk to the main square where there are many restaurants and bars. I would stay in this hotel again if I returned to Krakow."
