It’s a fantastic place where I would love to stay during my next visit. It’s child friendly, clean and comfortable . The staff are polite and helpful as it is generally accustomed in Poland. The thing which makes this place the most attractive for me is Spa centre.

Excellent, felt brand new! My only complaint is that the pool is open to the public, went for a relaxing swim and it was full of children having lessons. Not a big issue but something to be aware of. Otherwise, an amazing hotel!

This was a great experience. The hotel has a very nice, contemporary look. Room was quite big. The breakfast was very impressive & delicious! So many choices and verity of food. It gets very quiet after 11pm - so if you want to get a drink later at night not possible. There was some construction being done outside - expect some noice after 8am. But generally this was a great choice! I would stay there again!

Hotel is nice, but unfortunately location and surrondings are not that good at least for tourists. For business trip, if location is not important, hotel is great. Price was lover but if you want to visit old town or any other tourist sights, taxis cost about 10-20 euros to one direction. Adding additional travelling cost to price per night, rate is only a bit lower than other good quality hotels from walking distance to old town. There are some restaurants also located inside area, but so called ”normal, every day restaurant” is missing. Pitza or sushi as for lunch and for dinner every day is a bit strange :)

Comfortable hotel complex outside city center
Came for a conference and found the hotel complex pretty impressive. Loved the architectural factory aesthetic, lots of restaurants, and while I didn't use the spa/pool others said it was excellent. My room was large and the bed really comfortable. Wonderful breakfast buffet. I was told I didn't have conditioner or body lotion because to save the environment by having less plastic bottles in the room but some of the other rooms had them and I had to go out and buy these items so their logic is off. The bathroom door is rigged to fully shut which I found incredibly annoying and had to prop it open with a bag. Staff in the hotel bar seemed to have contempt for customers but front desk staff were great. So some things were wonderful, others need improvement. Overall I was glad to stay there and would return in future.

Stayed five nights with husband and two teenagers. Chose due to spa facilities which were excellent. A short Uber ride from the Old Town. It was January so hotel and other restaurants on the complex were quiet so only had a pre dinner drink in the hotel before heading to Old town for dinner. Hotel staff were friendly and informative.
