"Great location just off the square and supermarket round the corner.Hotel organised transport from the airport for our group which was great. Our room, superior double doesnt have a shower but a hand held attachment over a jacuzzi bath. They could do with removing the bath and putting a proper shower in, as there is room. "The property is very close to Wawel castle and the river. Was very handy to have a fridge and microwave as part of the amenities. Lovely big room with a big walk in shower in the bathroom. Only 10minute walk to town"

"Generally, disappointed as location was a primary factor in our hotel selection. We booked with P&J specifically to be in the old town. Unfortunately, our room was in a building 10 mins walk away outside of the old town. While Lubicz Street is in the room title, it's not something a customer should have to look for when booking a hotel that is set to a specific location. This needs to be much more clearly marked and directly confirmed with the customer. Communication to get keys after hours...
