"lovely little place to stay, central location within easy reach of the centre. We checked in on the last day of the Christmas markets which is a great time to visit Bath. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Especially loved the en-suite which had a roomy walk-in shower and heated floor. Could be a bit more eco friendly though, the bar of soap was changed daily, as were the single-use mini bottles of toiletries. "

"Great place to stay. Throughly enjoyed our 3 day trip with our dog. Right in the heart of Corsham which is a delightful village. Cannot praise the lovely staff highly enough - friendly, helpful and happy. This venue is run extremely well we would happily revisit. Breakfasts are excellent with locally sourced produce. "

"This was an overnight stay while working locally and this place was chosen for its location and the fact that it’s a pub as well. The room was nice but could do with some TLC but I was very comfortable. The bar area was a little cold but I soon warmed up with the lovely food that was on offer and the staff were really friendly and helpful which is why I would recommend this place to others thinking of staying here."

"This lovely pub, with separate accommodation block was a real find. Definitely recommend it to others. Free parking available at the accommodation. Good WiFi signal in the accommodation. Delicious meals available in the pub next to the accommodation. A real find!"

"Room was very clean and spacious with the biggest cosiest bed. Nice variety of drinks in the room. Bathroom facilities very good. We used the hotels restaurant and the food was outstanding. Lovely cosy fireside seating to relax into. We will definitely return. "

"We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend Joss welcomed us like family. The room and serivce was amazing We was made to feel so welcome. Joss had a card sent to our room for jons birthday Which was a lovely touch. The area is stunning and so quiet. The bed omg the bed was so comfortable If we didnt have to be up early for longleat we would of slept in all day lol. Jon and i stayed in room 2 the beech tree room It was cosy and so quite. "Nice warm and clean room called Ashley. Comfy bed and nice touches like a jar with fresh baked cookies with the tea and coffee. Only issue was the Bathroom light was on a sensor which meant it went out when you were in the bath shower or on the toilet. Very good breakfast and evening meals although a bit limited in the number of meal choices. This meant we only ate on one evening as we did not fancy the other things on the menu"
