"Overall it was very good. Please with the room, the SPA was great and all the staff were very polite and professional. Only negative was the dinner we had. We had to wait far too long for our starter - Prawn bruschetta. Which was really very plain and lacking any sort of flavour. Than after being sat down for almost 90 minutes, our main turned up. We paid £80 for the cote de boeuf. After asking for it to be cooked medium rare, it turned up medium well done - and really dry. So bad in fact, that...

Bed was comfy with nice pillows. Shower room not huge but plenty big enough, and had powerful shower with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Hotel in good location for city centre, often stay here as daughter lives on edge of Bedminster so we can walk there or into city centre"
