"Nice and clean hotel in a very good neighborhood. Spacious rooms, good breakfast. Alphaville is a nice, clean and safe town. My only challenge was getting timely response to questions before arrival. Check-in ends at midnight but my flight arrives in the morning. I just could not get them hold my room so that I can check-in the morning. Other than that it is a great hotel, friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend. "

They could not mive us to a comparable room but they did allow us to go to a different room to shower unfortunately it was not convenient in any way.
