"The hotel was good but we encountered a few issues upon arrival. The room wasn’t ready, TV wasn’t working and air conditioning wasn’t working either but they were quickly resolved. Staff was good and helpful. All in all, good stay and good experience. "

"This is absolutely not a 5star hotel. The connection room wasn’t isolated enough so we could hear the neighbours talking loudly around 3am! The charged us for a sparking water from the mini bar, which we didn’t take. The cleaners didn’t leave any other tea except the black one. The only problem I had were the lobby bathrooms that really needed to be cleaned, way below this hotels standard. My room as always was immaculately clean as always. "
