"Generally everything was very good. I wouldn’t consider it to be outstanding. Nevertheless, the location is very central to that part of the city and worth a definite consideration."

"Check in was a joke. Staff chatting etc while people unsure how to line up and some staff behind counter not acknowledging waiting guests. One man stared havtge computer while a lady waited 10 minutes before walking away. Why not acknowledge and direct her to another check in person ??? Just plain ignorance and poor customer service. This is not new. It’s been like this my last 3 stays. "

" I liked the old world charm and room facilities except that I couldn’t open the balcony doors to see the fireworks one night. I think maybe the balcony wasn’t safe to stand on. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Great location to visit Circular Quay, the go on the ferries, indulge at the eateries and take the train to the Town Hall to go shopping."
