"Our stay at the swissotel was great, we always celebrate some of the special moments at swissotel and the quality hasn't changed at all.. it was only one night stay but we enjoyed every minute of it. Also service at the lounge was superb. I didn't catch their names but during canape hours and breakfast in the morning hotelier/server were kind and thoughful. "

The stay itself was okay however we did have access to the executive lounge which wasn't the greatest. We ended up having breakfast downstairs. "The hotel was well maintained and modern. Staff were helpful and courteous. Our room was exceptionally clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful city view. Blackout blinds. No noise from other rooms or rooms above as is often the case at hotels. Nice and quiet. Room service expensive but very prompt, lovely meals and generous portions. Excellent, accessible location. Close to everything and restaurants. Restful stay. Happy and recommended. "
