The staff was extremely helpful and kind, helping us with our luggage, restaurant recommendations, and even booking a flamenco show for us. I highly recommend this hotel (and the flamenco show!) "

"This is a lovely and classy property with absolutely stunning views of the Alhambra from the rooftop. The front desk, concierge and help are top notch. I think we had a subpar dining experience with one of the dishes but perhaps that was a one-off. Also, the parking and driving access to this place is confusing so… avoid driving if you can! The rooms are gorgeous and truly luxurious "

"This property was very comfortable and welcoming. The room had personal touches including a handwritten welcome card, half bottle of wine and snacks. The spa/sauna needs to be reserved per use and was a bit inconvenient as we were instructed to come down in bathrobes and slippers. But it was mostly empty and easy to access. The breakfast was excellent with hot food options to order. "
