"Great hotel with stunning views, good buffet breakfast, rooms for me are a little dated and our one wasn’t in the best condition, the sink (which is in the main room had a huge crack in it and whenever you used it water just ran onto the carpet. The room its self was comfortable and had great views, the windows were quite grubby but I would imagine this is one of the hardest buildings in the country for a window cleaner, so totally understandable. "The best thing was the sound proofing: you could not hear the trains that depart from the same building, and the metro was a small vibration, sorry quiet under the building. That made getting around Lisbon super convenient. It's only a few minutes walk to the Alfama neighborhood, and a twenty minute walk to the main tourist/doing area downtown. We only stayed one night, so did not try the restaurant. "

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel’s amenities and dining (breakfast) were superb. Our room, while on the smaller size, was very comfortable. The bedding quality was excellent! Best of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We found it hard to leave…. We felt like we were leaving friends."
