"I had a wonderful stay and the staff were fantastic. The only disappointment was on check out I was promised that my bill would be sent to me. This did not happen. I emailed several times to follow up the request no response. Luckily I have a friend that lives there and he had to physically go and ask before it was sent. Very disappointing"

"Hotel and facilities were excellent. Rooms spacious. Staff were fantastic, always polite, smiling and on hand to assist. Location of hotel is fantastic. Beautiful sandy beach right on your doorstep, such a nice beach. Already miss it. You can watch the sunset which is amazing. Food was good. I have been to all inclusive resorts with bigger options, so this place could have had more variety. Evening entertainment could be better, in my opinion. A little more thought should go into this. I will definitely be returning. "

"Nice hotel in a great location. All inclusive was good, wine and beer and a cocktail of the days. Spirits available. Food was varied and nice but after 4 days a little repetive perhaps. Air conditioning didn’t work for night but was fixed. Wifi terrible though even in reception Overall a good hotel and break. Staff very helpful and friendly"
