An excellent hotel at a very reasonable cost! Stayed in a suite with a balcony overlooking the pool. Close to the beach, enjoyed our stay there very much.

Wow. This hotel is amazing. Great, helpful staff, luxurious rooms, huge swimming pool and delicious breakfast. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Five fat stars.

It feels as though you are walking into a family run business. All the staff, from dining staff, pool staff, reception staff, everyone is lovely, helpful and supportive. Everyone is attentive and they provide so much information. The hotel is super clean, quiet and safe. Location is perfect, close to the beach, the amenities in the hotel is extensive and they went above and beyond for us. They allowed us to stay at the hotel after our checkin as our flight was an evening flight. Everyone was kind and we will definitely come back to again!

The property and staff were both amazing. We stayed in a suite. Staff were very helpful with everything. Hotel and rooms were kept very clean and lived up to the 4 star standards. Highly recommend. We had to get a taxi to most places (very cheap!) as walking by distances to beach/ restaurants etc was like 40 mins whereas the taxi would only take 10 min.

The hotel is lovely but a little way outside the main part of the city. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the whole hotel is spotless. If you’re looking for a quiet week away in the sunshine by the sea it’s ideal

A lovely small hotel with lots of character. Breakfast has good options. Pool is nice and not too busy. Beach is a little walk but not too far. The staff and house keeping ladies are excellent, very friendly and efficient with their cleaning.

We stayed at the Timoulay for 5 lovely days. The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. We had a suite which had two bathrooms(!), a generous double bedroom and living room with a sofa bed for the kids. (No kettle for tea though which would have been nice) On arrival we had a basket of fruit waiting in our room, which was lovely. The staff are absolutely fantastic, polite and always ready to help. We also had breakfast included, which was very good. Lots of options and a chef who would make your eggs just the way you wanted it, and also offered crepes and waffles on some days. There is a lovely pool area - the hotel was quiet when we were there- I believe this was their off-season but it was nice to not have lots of people and actually enjoy the space. The only downside for us, and why I haven't given the hotel 5 stars, is the location. The hotel is the middle of what felt like wasteland, with lots of litter strewn about and not much in the way of shops or other amenities nearby. To get to the main drag, (Agadir Bay), which has some fantastic restaurants, you have to navigate a somewhat intimidating walk, past abandoned developments and I just felt unsafe doing that at night. You could take a taxi but it's only a 10min walk so that seems an unnecessary cost. As much as I liked the hotel, I think I'd stay somewhere closer to the Bay.

Nice property with the staff always here to help and listen to guests. We really enjoyed that place which is safe, quiet and has spa with massage, and gym also. Just a way of improvement would be to offer a larger buffet for the breakfast (fresh fruits, pancakes, yogourt and else). Lionel

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and again the experience is surprisingly good. The hotel is intimate (compared to the beachfront behemoths) and well managed. Service and cleanliness - impeccable. Spacious rooms and well-kept common areas. About 5 minutes to the beach. The only minus (it's not the hotel's fault) is the ruined surroundings towards the city.

This hotel is sooooo clean. The rooms are lovely. THe staff are very friendly. I did ask for a kettle, given to me straight away. The prices in the bar are very good. Breakfast is plentiful. We walked to the Suke with ease. Pleasant walk downhill and along the prom to some great restaurants. Easy to hop into a cab outside the hotel. They also stop along the road to offer you lifts anywhere you wish to go. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.
