However, the receptionist and her manger worked as quickly as they could when they realised my children were very young and that it was necessary. We were really happy with how graciously and quickly it was handled."

"Hotel and facilities were excellent. Rooms spacious. Staff were fantastic, always polite, smiling and on hand to assist. Location of hotel is fantastic. Beautiful sandy beach right on your doorstep, such a nice beach. Already miss it. You can watch the sunset which is amazing. Food was good. I have been to all inclusive resorts with bigger options, so this place could have had more variety. Evening entertainment could be better, in my opinion. A little more thought should go into this. I will definitely be returning. "
