"It was a lovely hotel"

"I had an issue with a couple enjoying themselves too much in the spa... only to find them doing exactly the same in the bar later (one of them still in a bath-robe) and the inept bar staff did nothing other than ignore them. My written complaint to the hotel was met with a pretty poor response. Maybe indicative of the hotel as a whole... striking from the outside, but the service is pretty poor generally and the bar/restauarnt... in a beautiful spot looking across the water... is a complete...

"One of the showers was a little too hot for some of our tastes. The double bed was very hard and difficult to sleep, but it was also very warm whilst we were there. The owners were really communicative before our stay and when we got there. They left us some bread, milk and essentials which was really appreciated. The cottage was warm clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed in our two night stay. We were going to Cardiff for the speedway so the location was a little far away and...
