"At the moment (Dec 2024) there’s construction going on in the building next door. That caused noise. For $250 the room was a bit tight in space and our view from the window was a brick wall of a building next door. Got a room here only because of the surrounding shops and restaurants. Also a safe area (zone 16) to be in compared to the rest of Guatemala City. "

"Excellent hotel, great location and very friendly staff. Overall great experience, the only thing we struggled with was the kitchen’a loud music. Given that our room was just next to the kitchen their loud music was a bit uncomfortable while in the room, but other than that we had no issues. "
